A little about me
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Sara Langan.
I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Birth to Five Special Education program. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney with my Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders in 2010 and my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2012. Before joining Kearney Public Schools, I was an SLP for a company that provided therapy for nursing homes, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. I joined the KPS team in August 2013.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our twin daughters and our son. My husband, Bob, and I were married on our 5-year dating anniversary in 2015. Our twins were born in 2019 and our son was born in 2022. We have one spunky fur-baby dog named Bella that we adopted from a shelter in 2020.
I love all sports, but my all-time favorite sport is volleyball! My husband is a High School basketball coach, so my children and I enjoy getting to watch his games and cheer on his teams.
